PREFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM
Discovery Computers preferred customer program is geared towards IT professionals and local IT business such as
networking companies, software developers and computer consultants. This is an opportunity to have a
local outlet for your equipment needs provided at a discount deep enough to leave room for you to resell
these products to your customers at a fair price. As IT professionals, we appreciate the fact that you
don’t require the consultation that our staff would normal provide to our regular customers, so
instead, we offer you as a preferred customer some of the best prices available for you and your
customer’s equipment needs.
Each preferred customer will be required to fill out a preferred customer application which will need to be approved by the local Discovery location. Once approved, the preferred customer will receive via email a preferred customer login for the Discovery Computers website. The website will reflect the preferred customer’s pricing tier. There may be a fee applicable to become a preferred customer. Please consult your local Discovery store for information.
As this account is unique to the regular Discovery customers, the preferred customer accounts will be focused on the best pricing rather than the other services that we provide to our regular Discovery customers. Preferred customer accounts will be cash discounted as well as warranties will be through the manufacturer*.
